Whenever someone asks you what product-led growth is, ask them how their company adopted Slack. Lucy heard about Slack from a friend, so she signed up and started using it with her team. Soon the whole company was on Slack, and no one remembers life before that. Most software companies dream of people adopting their product like this. But they don't know how to get there. From the outside, it looks like magic. It used to be hard for a company to adopt new software. Lengthy sales processes, complex implementations, formal training and certifications - the list goes on. All of this took a lot of time - months, quarters, sometimes even years.

But today, software just shows up in the workplace unannounced. End users pick the products themselves and tell their bosses which ones to buy. And it all happens at lightning speed.

Product Led Growth is an end-user focused growth model that relies on the product itself as the primary driver of customer acquisition, conversion and expansion.

In honour of International Women's Day, SaaStock Ljubljana asked women entrepreneurs to share their best advice for women on product-led growth.
