In the face of a global crisis, what unites us is the same goal. We are all adapting; We need to re-think and re-strategize. We need to ask questions, think of new ideas, and seek answers. What was previously a world of physical interactions has now gone online.
What we are also learning is that by moving to the online, there are no barriers to collaborating in this global mission. So, for the first time, our European City Leaders and Community organizers are coming together to put on a multi-session online event organized by them for the whole of Europe. It’s a chance to ask key community leaders questions, to start a conversation on how to do things now. Whether you’re a Founder, part of a leadership team, a key member of a SaaS company, an Investor, or perhaps a consultant, this is the opportunity to learn and network together.
SaaStock Local Europe is organized by the City Leaders from London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Vilnius, Krakow, Prague, Kyiv, Helsinki, Athens, and Munich. Yet anyone in Europe is welcome to attend.
For every ticket sold €1 will go to a charity towards COVID-19 response.

Hanno Renner is the CEO and co-founder of Personio. The Munich, Madrid, London and Dublin based company provides an all-in-one HR software for businesses with up to 2,000 employees. After his bachelor’s degree in business administration and engineering, he successfully completed his master’s degree in Munich, Auckland and New York. Since 2015 Hanno has been preoccupied with digitizing the HR departments of small and medium enterprises, by developing the HR Operating System Personio. Having sailed around the world as a professional skipper, Hanno is accustomed to assuming responsibility for challenging endeavors.

Elena Mazhuha, Senior Investment Analyst at Genesis Investments. Elena is an investment professional with 4+ years of experience. At Genesis Investment she is responsible for startup sourcing and business development activities. Along with her full-time activity as a VC-professional, she mentors startups at Startup Wise Guys, scouts female-founded startups at Female Founded Club, and leads PR activities in an NGO. Her core competencies include startup pitching, investor relations, and business networking.

As an experienced Customer Success Manager, Nancy has extensive experience in onboarding, retaining, renewing, and upselling SaaS platform clients by forging strong relationships of trust and creating and implementing programs that ensure satisfaction.
Nancy joined Signal in 2018 in the newly created role of Customer Success Officer and is responsible for developing and executing a client success and engagement program for clients of The Signal Ocean Platform, a high-impact B2B SaaS product for shipping professionals.
Nancy is driven by a deep and personal dedication to clients, and always has their best interest at heart. Empathy, patience, and communication skills are key to her success. Michael Maximoff, Co-founder and Managing Partner at Belkins Inc. Mike has more than 10 years of experience in the digital marketing and technology sector selling to SMB internationally. Michael leads Belkins' sales force and is responsible for biz development and new partnerships.
Jupe Arala, General Partner Vendep Capital. Jupe has 15+ years of software business and investing experience, most notably in Finland, the Netherlands and Silicon Valley. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, he worked in several IT roles. After completing his MBA, he co-founded an accelerator (Laakeri Media) where he bought, sold, founded, built, launched and managed more than a dozen startups. Laakeri Media became Vendep Accelerator in 2010 and Jupe ran Vendep’s Accelerator operations in Silicon Valley during 2011-2013. Jupe’s background is especially strong in marketplaces and SaaS.
Omri brings 13 years of extensive marketing experience from entrepreneurship, management, and consulting. As Vice President of Demand Generation for WalkMe, a unicorn B2B startup from Israel, he played a leading role in growing the company from an idea, into one of the most successful startups in Israel - now worth over $2 billion. Omri joined Socialbakers, the leading unified marketing platform in 2018 as Senior VP, Marketing where he is leading the company through its stages of global hyper-growth.
A natural-born entrepreneur, Michael started his first company at the age of 18. From the age of 24, he worked for 4 years for a large international enterprise and was responsible for a turnover of 45 million euros per year. Thereafter he founded the online travel agency Travelservice. Currently, he is CEO and co-founder of Bidroom, the world’s first membership-based zero commission hotel booking platform for frequent travellers. Michael is a creative sales person with experience in negotiating at a corporate business level.
Joyce Mackenzie Liu is the Founder of Pegafund. Pegafund provides strategic growth CFO 'as a Service' to seed to pre-Series B European B2B software businesses to enable predictable growth and achieve go-to market success.
She has been working in Financial Services since 2007 and acted as an advisor to US pension funds on venture and private equity during the last recession. Joyce has been investing in global B2B software companies since 2012, including B2B software scaleups (Series A/B) across Europe over the recent 5 years.
Previously he was Digital Marketing Manager at Fleming and Digital Marketing Specialist at LIFARS. In his free time, he is sharing his knowledge through the platform called Marketing Player, checking the new SaaS solutions or is playing chess.
